ACHC / PCAB Accreditation
All compounding pharmacies in California are regulated by the State Board of Pharmacy. However, PCAB® Accreditation is an additional, voluntary step we have taken to ensure we meet the profession's most rigorous review and inspection measures. To earn the designation "PCAB Accredited® compounding pharmacy," we have completed an extensive application reviewed by the Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board.
Our compounding policies and procedures have been reviewed by independent professionals. Furthermore, we have opened our doors for an extensive on-site inspection led by various compounding experts. Our pharmacy was awarded accreditation only when these stringent evaluations were completed and our pharmacy was deemed compliant with PCAB's quality and safety standards. We are honored by this accreditation, as it sets us apart from other compounding pharmacies. Achieving accreditation is a strong statement of our pharmacy's commitment to provide high quality compounded medications for our community.
Dynalabs CQI Partner and Center of Excellence

NABP's Specialty Pharmacy Accreditation is a three-year accreditation best suited for pharmacies providing an advanced level of pharmacy services and disease management for patients taking medications that require special handling, storage, and distribution requirements.

Harbor Compounding Pharmacy is accredited by the BBB, which means the BBB has determined our business meets accreditation standards, including a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints.
The BBB Code of Business Practices represents standards for business accreditation by BBB. Businesses based in the United States and Canada meeting these standards and completing all application procedures will be accredited by BBB. The Code is built on the BBB Standards for Trust, eight principles that summarize important elements of creating and maintaining trust in business.
